Territory Manager   Affiliated Business Group

 

Basic Function:

Manage client relationships and sales volume activities within a designated territory. Grow top line business through interactions, presentations, and product assortments.

 

 

Essential Functions:

 

Drive Financial and Service results:

 

Achieves monthly and annual sales goals

Achieve metrics and objectives including: sales, penetration, profitability, shrink.

Deliver structured presentations to client and management teams outlining products, operations, and merchandising techniques to maximize total 4-wall sales Operates territory with entrepreneurial spirit that inspires out of the box thinking to impact business results.

Analyzes daily, weekly, monthly business results and store visits to pursue ways to drive greater performance level utilizing influence and partnering skills.

Achieves results without compromising quality or integrity of work.

 

Leadership:

Takes personal accountability for delivering results.

High influence skills to build and maintaining strong client relationships with minimal face to face time.

Communicates on a clear and compelling level to all ranges of associates and management to be the voice of the client, customer, and ABG.

Creates a remarkable internal and external customer environment where decisions are value based to include: accountability, collaboration, and humility Balances competing priorities with recognition of what is critical.

Interprets a wide variety of data from multiple sources and reacts to or shares appropriately

 

Team Development:

Develops a peer network internally and externally to ensure the flow of information, instruction and other data that helps to grow the business.    

Develops and maintains a strong working relationship among all levels (regional, district, store, and group managers as well as; store associates)with the clients.

Works as a liaison to be the voice between the customer, client, field and ABG.

Establishes and communicates a clear, compelling vision for the team that inspires empowerment to meet or exceed company objectives.

Assesses how to develop and motivate business partners at all levels and takes appropriate steps to do so.

Strives to create, maintain, and model the optimum selling environment focused on outstanding customer service.

 

Merchandising and Operations:

Ensures execution of all company merchandising and visual direction to positively impact sales and the customer experience.

Assures that merchandise plans and buys are executed by design with all Business partners Manages resources to maximize financial goals.

Performs any other essential function that may occur at the request of the supervisor.

Ensures compliance with company policies in all practices and properly aligns with leased partner policies and practices.

Works directly with store teams to open and close stores, including hands on activities such as unloading trucks, processing freight, and moving fixtures.

Experience:

Multi store management or account management

 

Education:
