I CAN’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD. WHAT CAN I DO?

  • Select the "Forgot Password" link and follow the steps to receive a new temporary password.

DO I NEED TO APPLY SEPARATELY FOR EACH POSITION I’M INTERESTED IN?

  • Yes, you can apply for more than one position at DSW but must apply for each position separately.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY APPLICATION? 

  • You will receive a thank you email from DSW identifying the job you applied for.

  • If you applied for a position in our Stores or Customer Service Center, you will receive a separate email with instructions to complete your Infor Talent Science/PeopleAnswers assessment.

    • To be considered for a store or customer service center position, you will need to complete this online assessment that will take approximately 30 minutes. Please note, the first portion of the assessment is timed, so it is best to start this portion when there is adequate time to complete.

    • Most receive their email notification within 15 minutes. Please check your email spam/junk filter if you do not receive the email within 24 hours.

    • If you do not receive the email or have additional questions regarding the assessment, please contact Infor Candidate Support at 1.800.608.4528 (7:30 am-6:30 pm CT) or email CandidateSupport@infor.com.

HOW LONG AFTER I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR FROM DSW?

  • If you have applied for a corporate position and your qualifications meet our needs, a Human Resources Representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

  • If you have applied for a stores position and your qualifications meet our needs, the hiring manager will contact you to set up an interview.

HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?

  • Click the “Sign in” button (or “Your Profile” if already signed in) available at the top of this page, and sign in using your email and password.

  • Click “View Profile”, then expand “Job Applied” to view your status. 

I RECEIVED A CALL/EMAIL FROM A STORE OTHER THAN THE ONE TO WHICH I APPLIED – DO YOU SHARE APPLICATIONS?

  • Your application may appear in an applicant search conducted by another DSW in your market. You may be invited to apply for another position or store. 

DO YOU HIRE FOR SEASONAL POSITIONS? 

  • Yes, we hire seasonal associates in stores and corporate positions based on the needs of the business.

HOW DO I FIND OUT IF A SPECIFIC STORE IS HIRING?

  • You can search by zip code or city to find opportunities in your area.
