General Summary

You are someone that is consumer focused and will have the responsibility to lead and develop 360’ marketing materials. You’ll have ownership to lead the brand strategy for all consumer touch points and manage a team to drive engagement, growth supporting brand LRP plans.


Reports to:  Sr. Director of Marketing, Brands


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support multi-brand marketing strategies, asset management, consumer acquisition and engagement activations, and public relations/brand communications.
  • Drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach in partnership with product and design leadership
  • Deliver and direct brand marketplace roadmaps and integrate through social, digital, events and campaign touch points.
  • Directly manage licensed brand co-marketing relationships.
  • Responsible for supporting and directing campaign strategy, creative briefs, and asset creation for desired consumer experiences in partnership with product and design leadership.
  • Drive seasonal GTM plans, inclusive of DTC and wholesale environments with an emphasis on consumer brand personas.
  • Support brand marketing led to create and develop media plans.
  • Manage and develop agency and media relationships.
  • Responsible for consistent brand voice between inter-co. partners and brand marketing teams. 
  • Leads communication efforts with regional partners to ensure global product positioning and objectives are defined.



Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise at creating marketing programs with breakthrough impact and persuasiveness and branding.
  • Demonstrated comfort level with public speaking.
  • 6 + years of marketing experience with major national brand experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-oriented environment. 
  • Ability to assume responsibility of very diverse and complex tasks and projects. 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven experiences working in partnerships in merchandising, PLM and design.
  • Strong cross-functional experience across diverse functions. 
  • Strong fashion and footwear industry knowledge.
  • Ability to work within high matrix environments.



  • 6-7 years equivalent experience, preferred




  • B.S. Degree in, Marketing or Business or equivalent experience


The estimated pay range for this position is $$106k - $163k. The successful candidate’s actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of job-related factors including skill sets, years and nature of relevant experience, training, pay rates of associates in similar positions, the candidate’s location, and other organizational needs. The estimated pay range has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid or unpaid time off work, and retirement.
