Sales Assistant, Vince Camuto (Camuto Group)

 The Sales Assistant will work with Division Head and Sales Team and represent Camuto in a professional manner to perform the following roles:




    • Prepare/maintain line sheets and selling tools
    • Write copy for all styles each season
    • Upload high res images to account portals
    • Assist AE’s with the coordination of samples
    • Help to complete dropship template setups
    • Manage new account approval process
    • Update/maintain current product closeout lists weekly with up to date inventory and discount offered.


    • Act as liaison to Ecommerce Photography team to independently manage process
    • Coordinate shipping of confirmation samples to the photo studio
    • Ensure ecommerce photos are done in a timely manner.
    • Check images for accuracy and provide ecommerce  photos to accounts as need


    • Maintain NY showroom displays and organization of showroom office/closet
    • Track samples, unpack new collection, and photograph lot samples for sales team
    • Assist in preparing showroom for approval meetings and market


    • Assist Account Executives at regional shoe shows/seminars including setup/breakdown and assisting customers
    • Coordinate sample needs and paperwork



Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years of comparable retail or fashion work experience preferred



  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as an essential part of a team
  • Multi-tasking and time management are crucial
