Production Coordinator (Remote)
General Summary:
The Production Coordinator works to ensure that international wholesale deliveries arrive to our Distribution Center and clients efficiently.
Reports to: Sr. Production Mgr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicates daily with foreign offices (China and Brazil) to ensure that shipment or receipt of product from an international location is accomplished efficiently. This might involve being available after hours due to time difference.
• Coordinates with international factories and New Jersey Distribution Center on priorities of production and shipping/receiving.
• Confirms that orders are correct (color, material, style, and shipping date), all pricing is updated and reconciled in ABS. Responsible for entering data of sensitive information, troubleshoots system issues, and works with Pricing Expert to identify and resolve any issues with product/order inquiries.
• Setup, update and maintain style master and costing in ABS.
• Communicates specifics details and material reports prior to distributing to the e-commerce team.
• Work daily with sourcing and customer service daily on production updates and pricing approvals.
• Manage customer ticketing needs with foreign offices and labeling companies.
• Review and manage on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis the production schedules from foreign offices. Assessing order forecasts, managing orders, evaluating risks, and making recommendations on how to keep accounts in the green.

Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
• 2+ years of experience with account management customer service or account coordination
• 2+ years of experience with data entry, B2B orders, and
• Proficient to advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with international partners
• Experience with wholesale
• Knowledge of footwear construction
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
