Production Coordinator -  Footwear  & Handbags

Reports to: Production Manager


**This role will be mostly remote, with travel 1-2x a month to our offices located at 1407 Broadway, NYC



  • Handling all orders that come through for Customer (including replenishment) à Scrubbing orders, building order summary, and sending orders to DBS  (Camuto Group Asia & Brazil). Communicating with Customer/DBS if any order issues arise and keeping track of any order updates etc., Entering orders into Apparel Business Systems (ABS) once MC’s are released
  • Style setup in ABS at the start of each season (Style, Color, Material, FOB/Retail price) à Using confirmation specs setup by design team to enter color/material, Communicating with design team if any questions and making necessary updates in ABS system if needed, using pricing file to enter FOB/Retail Prices
  • Send Customer carton dimensions and factory info at the start of each season (Request with DBS Team)
  • Responsible for requesting test reports for each season à Customer will send a list of styles that need to be tested. Once received, coordinate with DBS Team to complete test reports. Once completed, file in Sharefolder and send to Customer
  • Responsible for coordinating all Ad Samples/PDP Samples à Request with DBS based on Customer due dates, follow up to ensure we can meet deadlines, coordinate printing barcodes/shipping out samples, keep track of all tracking info etc. on Ad Sample file
  • Responsible for the Chromes/Features and Benefit Form for every season. Fill out photo studio google doc to request images, follow up with photo studio to ensure we can meet deadlines, work with China office to fill out Features and Benefits form, send completed chromes to design team for approval and then send to Customer
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure product is shipping on time à Run reports in HOTONTIME
  • Provide Shipping Reports and other necessary reports as needed
  • Understanding of Customer In transit Calendar to confirm deliveries
  • Sit in on design related meetings/ work closely with design team
  • Communicating with DBS Team / Customer Team for any day to day inquiries/issues
  • Tracking approval/confirmation sample due dates/approvals. Working with overseas teams and/or design where needed.
  • Reviewing and confirming each season’s XF dates from overseas offices.
  • Communicates specifics details and material reports prior to distributing to the e-commerce team.



  • 3-5+ years experience in production, wholesale customer service role, or related field


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Experience in data entry and scheduling



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in fashion, production, or related fields
