About the Position

Our customer service team strives to provide all customers with the highest level of service within the industry and our team is on the front line. We are looking for an individual who is ambitious, detail-oriented, energetic, loves to chat, and most of all has a desire to help our customers select the right products for them. If you are reliable with roll-up their sleeves attitude and love to help people- we want to meet you!


Job Description

  • Provide prompt and friendly customer support via email and chat on issues ranging from simple to complex
  • Process orders and returns
  • Troubleshoot technical and billing issues for customers
  • Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building
  • Provide product recommendations and style advice when needed
  • Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and productivity expectations
  • Communicate with Management to correct and prevent customer complaints/issues
  • Suggest improvements that enhance company communications (i.e. FAQ’s, website)
  • Assist with various projects



  • Have an interest in fashion
  • Prior customer service experience in e-Commerce, retail or related fields
  • Punctual and consistent attendance is required
  • Open availability required
  • Must be available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends 
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service-oriented and solution-focused
  • Typing Speed minimum of 50 wpm
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM a plus



  • This is a Temp to Perm role 
  • Hours: 32-40hrs per week 
  • Hours of operation: 6am - 3pm PST / 9am - 6pm EST 
  • Weekend availability required
  • Position is fully remote
