WCLC Operations Specialist - 2nd Shift

The WC Operations Specialist will monitor order flow and distribution analytics within the Distribution Center.  Position reports to Area Manager. No Direct Reports.  Must possess the ability to:

 

  • Engage operational leadership, partner departments and production associates by identifying, communicating and maintaining service levels, quality expectations and productivity
  • Monitor and maintain inbound and outbound flows in the distribution center through the use of DC automation and systems.
  • Provide leadership and support to operations by serving as a functional subject matter expert for warehouse management and warehouse control systems
  • Effectively move between operational areas and apply experience and skills to support business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years hands on experience with WMS applications and WCS software
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all roles in the distribution environment
  • Advanced experience with operational reporting tools including development, execution and maintenance using queries, Access, Excel and other software applications
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business manuals and instructions
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in personal and group settings
