Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A (Open To Remote)
The Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis is primarily responsible for being the key liaison between the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and the finance functions across the enterprise.
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Transformation Management Office with financial analysis
- Development of scenario analysis of the Enterprise Long Range Plan
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial models
- Projection and tracking of strategic investments and expenses
- Communicate timelines as needed
- Work cross-functionally with pillar leaders to understand strategy and impacts to financials
- Business Project Planning:
- Serve as a finance resource to business partners in the development of business cases to support key projects.
- Maintain the financial model utilized to measure the costs and benefits of key business projects
- Act as an analytical resource/partner to all departments for matters related to transformation/strategy work.
- Provide financial support and analysis to key business leaders on an ad-hoc basis
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment (retail experience preferred).

- Superior analytical and quantitative skills.
- Superior Excel and financial modeling skills. Proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to communicate and influence others by translating complex data into easily-understood ideas and recommendations.

- Manages multiple projects simultaneously and collaborates cross functionally
- Conducts responsibilities with urgency and a high level of accountability
- Project and workload management skills
- Undergraduate (B.S./B.A.) degree in Finance or Accounting is required, MBA is valued but not required
