Sr. Digital Analyst (Remote)
The Sr. Digital Analyst provides actionable insights to drive sales and profitability of our eCommerce channels. This position also develops strategies for tracking new site enhancements, maintains and enhances reporting and dashboards, and collaborates effectively with various cross-functional teams, including Marketing, User Experience, Finance, Merchandising, and Site Operations, to optimize the customer experience and deliver continued growth.
Reports To: Sr. Manager, Digital Analytics
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute deep-dive analysis to drive eCommerce performance – 60%
- Clear, concise presentation of insights and recommendations to leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders – 10%
- Develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards that inform leadership of Designer Brands’ eCommerce channel performance – 10%
- Lead measurement strategy and the scoping of enhancements to analytics tracking – 15%
- Ownership of data integrity for digital analytics implementation through QA and Data validation – 5%
Required Skills:
- High degree of analytical curiosity
- Strong data and analytical skills, including data retrieval, organization, analysis, presentation, and summary
- Proficient in MS Excel (graphing, pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in high paced cross functional environment with changing business needs
- Experience with digital analytics and optimization tools (Adobe Analytics preferred)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills as well as high degree of initiative and personal responsibility

Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-4 years of analytics experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of tag management systems (Tealium or Adobe Launch) and concept of data layer
- Experience using BigQuery data warehouse
- Proficiency in building dashboards using Tableau
- Applied experience in data storytelling and influencing actions with data
Education:
- Undergraduate Degree
