Sr Specialist Brand Partnerships Media (Remote)
General Summary
Senior Specialist Brand Partnerships, Media is responsible for the strategy, development, execution and performance of external vendor co-op programs in partnership with agency teams. This role has a digital focus and requires an analytical thinker that is constantly questioning and optimizing for the best business result.
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Digital Media Co-Op
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the day-to-day strategy for Co-Op campaigns. This will include working with internal and external agency partners to develop tactical campaigns that drive toward agreed upon objectives (Example channels include: paid social, display, influencer marketing, etc). Managing ongoing optimizations, requesting creative, reporting out performance to the business and hindsighting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand brand KPIs, product, sales performance, and customer targets to develop proper media strategies.
- Understand the overlap of DSW and Co-Op programs to ensure all programs are working together as effectively as possible.
- Build external facing recommendation collateral for vendor partners.
- Develop performance projections and measurement plans to maintain accountability of programs.
- Partner with internal creative team to execute all Co-Op media creative needs including: requesting content from external partners for Influencers, creative briefing, project management of all in-process creative work and creative trafficking.
- Provide post campaign hindsights with learnings and thought starters for future campaigns to improve performance over time.
- Own the relationship with the Brand marketing team and communicate on an ongoing basis to ensure all parties are aligned to approach and performance.
- Own all Brand & Co-op Media POs and Invoices, working with procurement & accounts payable to get them processed on time.
- Assist with Finance month end in partnership with Brand Marketing team.
- Monitor the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging issues, and understand new technologies and consumer reaction.

Experience:
- 4-6 years experience in digital media including campaign management and reporting
- Prior experience within paid social, digital video, YouTube, influencers or other digital media channels
- Retail experience a plus
- Co-Op experience a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, advertising or quantitative field
