As a Sr. Digital Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our eCommerce strategy, turning data into insights that shape the customer experience and drive growth.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and loves diving deep into data to uncover opportunities. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, UX, Finance, Merchandising, and Site Operations to ensure our digital channels are not only performing—but evolving.

 

Reporting to: Director, Digital Analytics and Testing


 

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the charge in uncovering actionable insights and shaping the future of our digital experience.

 

Performance Analysis & Strategy (60%)

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities that drive eCommerce performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that influence decision-making.

 

Insight Communication & Collaboration (10%)

  • Present findings and insights in a clear, compelling way to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate across departments to align on goals and optimize the customer journey.

 

Reporting & Dashboard Development (10%)

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into digital performance.
  • Ensure leadership has access to timely, accurate data to inform strategy.

 

Measurement & Tracking Enhancements (15%)

  • Lead the strategy for tracking new site features and enhancements.
  • Scope and implement analytics improvements to support evolving business needs.

 

Data Integrity & Quality Assurance (5%)

  • Own the accuracy of digital analytics through rigorous QA and data validation.
  • Ensure tracking is reliable and consistent across platforms.

 

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone who’s not just analytical—but curious, collaborative, and ready to make an impact.

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for data and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in:
    • MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphing)
    • PowerPoint for storytelling and presentation
    • Adobe Analytics (preferred) or similar digital analytics tools
  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to identify issues and proactively solve problems.

 

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with tag management systems (Tealium or Adobe Launch).
  • Experience with BigQuery data warehouse.
  • Skilled in dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Comfortable with data storytelling and influencing decisions through insights.

 

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics or a related field.

 

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
