The Opportunity

As a Senior CRM Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of that connection. This is your chance to shape how we engage with our customers through personalized, data-driven campaigns that inspire loyalty and drive growth.
You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team that values creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of our customers. Reporting to the Director of CRM, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of promotional campaigns that make every customer feel seen, valued, and excited to return.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the architect behind our CRM promotional campaigns—bringing together data, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end development of CRM promotional campaigns, from ideation to post-campaign analysis.
- Design and implement targeting strategies that deliver relevant, personalized experiences to our loyalty members.
- Partner with Merchandising to develop and execute the Gift With Purchase (GWP) program, including:
- Item sourcing and coordination
- Customer surveys and feedback loops
- Logistics and promotional timing
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Align with merchandising partners to time and tailor merchandise-specific offers.
- Represent CRM in broader marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights with marketing leadership.
- Continuously refine strategies to improve customer engagement, sales, and ROI.
- Maintain and manage CRM calendars to ensure timely and accurate communications.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the table.
Experience
- 3+ years in marketing or a related business field
- 1+ years in multi-channel CRM marketing execution
- Strong understanding of marketing and business planning
- Retail experience is a strong plus

- Proven ability to manage customer-centric campaigns from concept to optimization
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
