General Summary:
The Site Merchandising & Content team is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, and customer-oriented Site Content Manager to help us create best-in-class experiences where customers will discover the breadth of services DSW offers and buy seasonally relevant items. The Site Content Manager is a pivotal role that executes the customer-facing cross-site strategies for DSW across homepage and other assets. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and easily integrates with new tools.

Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning and overseeing execution of brand and marketing strategies on dsw.com/mobile app
- Manage site content reporting and analysis on the successes and opportunities of past activities and actions for the future
- Provide recommendations of new and innovative content ideas to drive .com business that support the brand strategy and marketing activities
- Responsible for planning and oversee implementation of product stories including recommendation of optimal timing to drive demand
- Responsible for overseeing and management of site content cadence based on priority of messaging and ensuring for multi-channel consistency
- Responsible for eComm Experience patterning process across the digital landscape in order to drive ideation and innovation for dsw.com while improving the customer experience and following the brand strategy
- Approve creative execution and communicate any changes needed to better support DSW strategies, activities, and customer experience
- Partner with Online Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure consistencies across channels and appropriate timing of messaging to maximize sales
- Conduct regular quality control of our website by drawing on quantitative results.
- Understand all aspects of eCommerce Specialist role in order to play support role when needed
Requirements:
- BA/BS required
- 5+ years’ experience in online merchandising, digital marketing and/or e-commerce executing customer-facing online experiences
- 1+ years' experience managing a team
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
- Experience leading and managing teams, including developing talent
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, retail teams, and technical managers
- Ability to learn new software and technology tools quickly
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of digital merchandising programs
- Advanced XML/HTML skills
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to pivot and analyze data
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholder teams
- Ability to thrive under ambiguous and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through to completion
