General Summary

Improves the customer experience across all fulfillment channels; uses reporting and data analysis to inform and recommend improvement of systems, processes, inventory accuracy, administration, and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts analysis of fulfillment metrics for all channels including: Fulfillment Center Metrics, Ship from Store Metrics and Drop Ship Metrics
    • Analyzes performance metrics to optimize business and improve processes and make recommendations.
  • Recognizes and addresses forecasting errors and quickly corrects production planning; reconciles demand forecasts to net sales forecasts. Proactively calling out any potential delays or issues from a customer DTC perspective. Works with finance closely on the projections by channel.
  • Owns, maintains, and updates the dashboard of fulfillment performance; call out any nuances, insights, or other impacts to the weekly/monthly performance, to give key leaders insights as to what is driving the overall business for DTC. Communicate status on a weekly basis with key senior leaders.
  • Communicates and reports vendor compliance and leverages information to drive better business decisions and improve customer experience with our 3rd party suppliers/vendors.
  • Influences order routing algorithm improvements in partnership with Merchandise Planning and Analytics teams.
  • Monitors and communicates issues with product flow to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Anticipates promotional activity affect by channel, recommends adjustments to improve speed to customer.

Required Skills:

  • Effective communicator, ability to use data to tell a compelling story to drive change across teams throughout the organization.
  • Advanced analytical skills and an ability to build fact-based recommendations.
  • Ability to recommend future improvements and influence operations or processes with data.


  • Minimum of 2 years of advanced analytics experience, specializing in driving change to processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant study or combination of education and equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MSI, DataWH, Excel, Access, SQL
