HR Systems Analyst (Remote)
The HR Systems Analyst evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains multiple HR Systems and various tools and resources. The Analyst leverages data to optimize our HR processes and policies and identifies improvements to existing HR systems to meet business needs. Works with other team members to ensure data integrity is maintained and responds to internal and external client requests through careful planning and analysis. Designs and delivers ad-hoc and scheduled reports providing our clients with information to make informed decisions.
We are open to remote-based candidates for this opportunity, however due to the collaborative nature of this role, candidates based out of the Eastern/Central time zone are preferred.
Reports To: Supervisor, HR Data Systems
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advanced system configuration
- Maintains and performs ongoing optimization to ensure data integrity, testing, reporting and auditing
- Defines user requirements and translates into systems and program solutions. Consults with and engages IT partners as needed
- Synthesize HR data and develop value added business tools
- Generate and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that summarize and communicate key HR metrics and findings
- Identify, research, evaluate, recommend, test, and implement HRIS software/solutions
- Analyze, recommend, design, compile, generate and distributes ad-hoc, special and/or customized reports
- Identifies and works with internal customer group to determine and analyze HRIS needs. Provides timely response to customer requests.
- Participates in special projects as directed within or outside the HRIS arena
- Continues to expand systems knowledge through training and educational opportunities
- Develops understanding and implementation of industry best practices and metrics

Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience with HR Systems
- Detailed HR reporting and data experience, such as SQL, Access, and/or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Retail industry
Education:
- Prefer B.S. Degree in Human Resources, statistics or computer science or equivalent experience
