Digital Specialist (Product Optimization)
General Summary:
The Digital Specialist helps support the DSW US digital strategies and maintains the guidelines and standards for the digital category group. This role serves as a process owner and leader while also maintaining a best-in-class experience in their assigned areas. Acting as a key collaborator across cross-functional teams, the product optimization specialist ensures operational efficiency and enhances the digital shopping journey by leveraging insights, innovation, and strategic planning.

Sr. Manager, Category Management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain processes, standards, and best practices for the Digital Category team with a focus on the PIM Platform.
• Lead on testing strategies centered around product optimization and PIM tools to help inform site standards.
• Deliver weekly reporting and insights to broader digital team on current state of business within product onboarding and activations (associate specialist group).
• Lead on broader attribution strategies within key departments with a focus on internal capabilities and competitive landscape
• Work with Category Leads & Specialists to help support merchandising tactics, and promotional execution standards.
• Serve as key contact for product onboarding cross functional teams (product services, dropship, operations)

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, PIM tools, CMS tools, and SEO optimization.

Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with advanced e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and Adobe.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and digital merchandising strategies.
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
