The Opportunity

As a Digital Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital strategies, shaping the content and experience for our digital category group. Reports to: Sr. Manager, Category Management
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our digital content and experience initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Content Experience Initiatives:
- Support on-site content experience through new tools and capabilities.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in content briefing and execution.

Strategy Development:
- Partner with Category Leads, Specialists, and the Content Production team to develop new strategies through curation and storytelling.
- Deliver weekly reports and insights to the broader digital team on the current state of business within product onboarding and activations.

Attribution Strategies:
- Lead broader attribution strategies within key departments, focusing on internal capabilities and the competitive landscape.

Merchandising Support:
- Collaborate with Category Leads and Specialists to support merchandising tactics.
- Enhance site strategies with additional banners (e.g., Hush Puppies), including on-site merchandising, content production, and product activation.

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, PIM tools, CMS tools, and SEO optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and Adobe.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and digital merchandising strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
