General Summary:

The Coordinator, North American (NAM) Sales/Brand Ops for Keds will coordinate supportive processes and drive operational efficiencies for the Keds NAM Sales team. As a partner dedicated to ensuring transparency, communication, and collaboration, this role will train end users and assist with implementation of new and modified business policies. They will serve as a critical liaison of and ambassador for the Keds NAM Sales team and all Keds brand cross-functions.


Location: This role is remote, but proximity to our Keds Burlington MA corporate offices is highly preferred 


Reports to:  Sr Manager NAM Brand Operations


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Coordinate Keds NAM wholesale sample orders and deliveries

•Studies B2B / NuOrder efficiencies and recommends improvements as needed

•Coordinate material and Keds NAM customer data, price lists, and MAP lists

•Manage customer price discount structure •Update and train Keds NAM Sales team on new tools and processes

•Coordinate Keds GTM readiness for seasonal execution, including full support of Keds NAM Sales team selling needs

•Coordinate tradeshow planning and maintains all necessary paperwork, contract processing, receipt of insurance certificate, and payment tracking •Actively pursue continuous process improvement and shared best practices within industry standards, present opportunities to management for consideration

•Support marketplace procedures that elevate Keds in store and online

•Support Keds Digital Best Practices and auditing of wholesale partners accordingly

•Assist the Sr Manager NAM Brand Ops with KPI creation and maintenance; develop ad hoc reports to support Keds cross-functional needs

•Assist Director Global Operations plan and coordinate strategic initiatives for short term and long- range brand growth



Required Skills:

•Extremely organized with strong attention to detail

•Strategic thinker with superior analytical and quantitative skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Proven track record collaborating successfully with internal and external partners

•Ability to influence across multiple internal teams to ensure actions are executed

•Strong presentation skills, comfortable communicating across all levels of the business

•Proficient in Microsoft Office, BI and Teams



Minimum Experience:

•2-3+ years’ experience in sales operations, process management, or similar role


Preferred Qualifications:

•Solid working knowledge of NAM wholesale operations with expertise in reporting and analytics


Minimum Education:

•B.S/B.A. in Business Administration or similar experience
