Sr. Ecomm Content Specialist (Remote)
The Senior E-Commerce Specialist will possess a combination of business acumen and strategic skills to manage the site content strategy. He/she is responsible for collaborating with the following teams Marketing, Online Merchandising, Site Product, Creative, User Experience, and IT to prioritize features, projects and initiatives that fit the brand strategy. The Senior eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for overseeing Keds.com content execution. The Senior Specialist must possess a strong desire to optimize the customer’s experience and provide profitability for the business. Innovative thinking with the ability to bring ideas to life on Keds.com, strong influencing skills, and the aptitude to manage people and processes are all required to fill this role.
Reports to: Director of eCommerce
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning and overseeing execution of brand and marketing strategies on keds.com
• Manage and analyze site content reporting. Utilize analytics and report on successes and opportunities of past activities
• Provide recommendations of new and innovative ideas to drive .com business that support the brand strategy and marketing activities
• Plan and oversee implementation of product stories through content including recommendation of optimal timing to drive sales
• Daily management of web content cadence based on priority of messaging and ensuring for multi-channel consistency and ensuring all cross functional partners receive the cadence updates
• Responsible for eCom Experience patterning process across the digital landscape in-order to drive ideation and innovation for keds.com while improving the customer experience and following the brand strategy
• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure consistencies across channels and appropriate timing of messaging to maximize sales
• Develop consumer-relevant content that drives conversion while highlighting products, promotions, and branded marketing stories.
• Responsible for all content brief writing and communications to copy/creative partners

Minimum Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in an eCommerce, Marketing or Operations role
• Experience with CMS tools
• Experience with Workflow & Briefing Tools
• Omniture, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics experience

Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital or related field of study
