General Summary

You are eager to support and direct marketing strategies for a brands portfolio to drive engagement, growth and revenue goals across directed customer touch points.


As the Brand Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for all needed initiatives, implementing activations across touchpoints at DTC and wholesale. The responsibility of this role helps support sales growth, deepening the consumer’s awareness of the brand, and building affinity for our products.


Reports to:  Sr. Marketing Manager, Brands


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports entire marketing team in executing solutions based upon results from KPI’s, programs and sell-in & sell-through.
  • Monitor, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of campaign performance and external brand competition and develop consumer + product insights supporting multi-year brand strategies.
  • Supports marketing leadership on Go-To-Market milestone planning and execution.
  • Coordinates meeting and travel logistics.
  • Leads on weekly communications with interco. partners.
  • Traffics marketing needs, shared assets to needed teams.
  • Executes account marketing plans by delivering marketing tools for sell-in and sell–through.
  • Coordinates internal marketing communications with sales, product, and design teams.
  • Assists in the distribution and production of marketing materials.
  • Assists with inventory management of marketing communications assets.
  • Tactically supports the marketing budget including tracking and processing of invoices.
  • Performing other duties as required/assigned by marketing manager.


Required Skills:

  • Familiarly with marketing strategies & tactics; well versed in the world of DTC and/or wholesale business models.
  • Understanding of relevant marketing trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and exciting environment.
  • Must be able to adapt to change and business trends.
  • Ability to manage and track multiple assignments with competing calendar priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of ability to track and communicate project deliverables/timelines.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills to intake needs for varying levels of the business.
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience with multi-distributed brand.



  • 3-4 years equivalent experience, preferred



  • B.S. Degree in, Marketing or Business or equivalent experience


The estimated pay range for this position is $60-90k. The successful candidate’s actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of job-related factors including skill sets, years and nature of relevant experience, training, pay rates of associates in similar positions, the candidate’s location, and other organizational needs. The estimated pay range has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid or unpaid time off work, and retirement.
