Associate Account Executive, Lucky Brand Footwear (Remote)
**This position can be based in Dallas, Little Rock, Tampa, OR Phoenix. You will be working remotely from home but will have the option to go into the Dillard's offices minimum as need.
General Summary
The Associate Account Executive analyzes the business through forecasts and reports and communicates customer needs to the Sales, Planning and Design teams. Responsible for sales, profit and shipping goals. Maintains the shipping for their account base while assisting brand leader on larger key accounts.
This role will be responsible for our Dillard's account.
Reports to: Director of Sales
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Planner and Director to maintain accounts needs for stock, including drop ship. Proficient at analyzing Available to Sell(ATS) reports to put together proposals to drive business
- Maintain and maximize relationships with existing customers.
- Attend trade shows to look for potential new customers.
- Partner with marketing/ license for approval process for new accounts
- Partner with Director to provide forecasts and reports to communicate on customer needs, strategize on business plans including sales and shipping.
- Assist brand leader on key accounts in order to gain exposure to how to manage larger businesses
- Work in conjunction with Buyers, planner and Director to assort all buys that are catered to the specific accounts needs.
- Partner with rest of the sales team and the Design team to communicate sales and trends.
- Prepare for presentations to market. Understand and react to current customer needs while having a full understanding of competition.
- Store Visit, communicate with brand head any observations on our product as well as researching competition in store and online.
- Analyze customer selling reports and react quickly to best sellers, suggesting reorders and future development.
- Closely monitor ATS and present ideas to customers to maximize business
- Set up and maintain online Drop Ship accounts
- Negotiate internally & externally to achieve sales & profit goals and manage orders (tracking & shipping of samples)
- Partner with Director to maintain account P&L’s and markdown projections
- Formulate seasonal marketing plans to present to marketing team. Work with team on a monthly business to react to trends and market shifts.
- Work daily alongside the VMI planner to analyze and execute business strategies.
- Travel to customers as needed for buy reviews and business update meetings. Travel to NYC (approx. 4 x per year) and Dallas markets (approx. 4 per year).
- Become proficient on Camuto systems ATS, POT and ABS to support all job responsibilities.

Experience:
- 3+ years related footwear/accessory wholesale sales experience.
- Dillard’s System experience preferred
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in footwear/accessory sales preferred
