General Summary: The Sr CRM Specialist is responsible for the ideation, design, execution, and optimization of CRM Promotional campaigns targeting the 23M loyalty member base. This position will lead the targeting and creative strategy ensuring all programs are effective in delivering relevant experiences to our customers to drive increased sales and profitability.


Reports to: Manager, CRM Strategies


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Develop personalized contact strategies for all CRM Promotional campaigns focused on driving changes in customer behavior to increase sales and customer retention as well as improve ROI over time by generating a deeper customer engagement.
  •  Lead strategic and tactical development of all Promotions including program objectives, customer communications, segmentation, performance measurement and hind sighting
  •  Serve as subject matter expert for strategy and execution of all Direct Mail programs, ensuring milestones are adhered to and all strategic objectives are met, while providing post event analysis for go forward optimizations
  • Own strategy and execution of Gift With Purchase (GWP) program, including item sourcing coordination, customer surveys, transportation and allocation coordination, and promotional timing and execution
  •  Leverage inputs from key merchandising partners to drive execution, timing, and assortment of merchandise specific offers
  • Provide analysis and take-a-ways to Marketing leadership after each campaign to inform future promotions, strategy and recommendations in an effort to continuously optimize CRM programs
  • Collaborate with internal, vendor and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and deliver flawless execution, including consistent, accurate, and on-time programs
  • Act as CRM representative to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements within the CRM and greater Marketing team to ensure efficiency, scalability, and enhanced a more productive work environment
  • Manage all CRM calendars to ensure accuracy with planned communications
  •  Oversee CRM annual budget, confirming we are tracking to broader marketing and companywide targets


Required Skills:

  • Previous involvement with managing customer-driven experiences, strategies, and programs from concept through implementation and optimizing thereafter
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Foundational understand of key metrics, financial analysis, ROI, etc.
  • Ability to balance the needs of the business, cross-functional objectives, and customer needs



  • 3+ years experience in marketing or relevant business experience
  • 1+ years experience in multi-channel CRM marketing execution
  • Solid understanding and experience in marketing and business planning
  • Retail experience strongly preferred



  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing
