General Summary: Segment owner who builds & manages communications, interactions, and promotions for a defined customer channel within various CRM applications. Extreme passion for technology, data and “customer first” mind-set. Collaborates cross-functionally in order to implement business decisions within segmentation tools.


Reports to: Manager, Marketing Segmentation


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily data execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for the build and execution of mobile app and direct mail campaigns
  • Deep understanding of customer attributes and segmentation tools
  • Provides reporting and analytics when necessary
  • Continually evaluates applications for opportunities and drives process improvements when applicable
  • Continually challenges targeting criteria to ensure relevant segmentation and profitability
  • Ensures all segmentation and campaigns are completed on-time and accurately


Required Skills: 

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities
  • Strong knowledge and experience within CRM applications; Oracle Responsys and RedPoint Interaction a plus
  • SQL knowledge and database familiarity
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy CRM campaigns across multiple channels
  • Process driven with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, matrixed, exciting environment



  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in building, managing and executing segmentation CRM campaigns




Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Responsys and RedPoint Interaction a plus
  • GCP knowledge and experience a plus



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or other Social Science or undergraduate degree and relevant experience
