Manager, Corporate FP&A - Brands (Remote)
General Summary:
This position will own the Brands P&Ls for our licensed brands and support the overall Brands Finance team with reporting and complex analysis as it related to their brands.
Reports To: Sr. Director, Brands FP&A
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct the budget and Long-Range Planning Process across the Brands Segment Portfolio including coordinating deliverables across key stakeholders.
- Own Brands Segment Financial P&L Model and risk and opportunities for Sales through Operating Income for weekly leadership updates, projections, and monthly close.
- Provide Corporate FP&A weekly projection and R&O updates
- Partner with cross-functional team members and departments to assess Risk & Opportunities
- Lead the coordination of the monthly Business Reviews, Earnings Call Deck, and Quarterly Business Review financial materials across the brands portfolio
- Drive Month-End Close Flash package meetings in collaboration with accounting and business unit leaders
- Strategically partner with the GM and other key leaders across the organization
- Lead Weekly Sales & Margin Reporting, assess Risk & Opportunities

Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience in a fast-paced environment (Wholesale experience a plus)
- 1+ years of management experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Hyperion and/or Oracle EPM
Education:
- Undergraduate majors preferred: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar field
