The Digital Optimization Lead will create and manage the prioritization of digital AB testing ideas and personalization through execution.  They possess a combination of business and technical skills that will be utilized to optimize the eCommerce business on  They will work closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing and IT teams to prioritize test ideas and personalization tactics that will improve the customer experience as well as profitability for the business.  The Digital Optimization Lead must be extremely detail-oriented and able to adapt to the dynamic changes in digital.  Also, must have strong reasoning skills, an aptitude for learning, and excellent communication skills.


Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Experience  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Primary lead for Site Optimization (AB Testing & Personalization)
  • Champion testing program to create a culture that tests, measures, iterates and implements test ideas
  • Manage prioritization and backlog of testing ideas
  • Manage execution and communication of all tests
    • Relationship owner with third party vendor (Clearhead)
    • Partner with Site Analytics team to ensure all testing is controlled and reported on appropriately
  • Recommend based off results of tests which should be put into production, and partner with site analytics team to understand total impact of permanent change (ROI)
  • Partner with Product Owners on execution of “winners”
  • Define Digital Personalization Strategy
  • Manage execution of personalization strategy
  • Opportunity for future direct reports

Minimum Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in an eCommerce, Product Management, or Digital Marketing role
  • 2-3+ years of experience in digital optimization preferred


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Target or comparable platform
  • Experience with ATG or comparable web platform
  • Experience working within Agile Methodology and Waterfall Methodology
