Construction Procurement Coordinator

General Summary: The Procurement Coordinator is focused on coordinating activities with associates and outside vendors as well as overseeing processes and procedures designed to facilitate the movement of goods, services, fixtures and supplies to stores.


Reports to:  Manager, Construction Procurement


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fixture/ supply warehouse inventory and report production
  • Evaluate inventory levels and work with Operations to forecast needs to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained
  • Provide a strategic viewpoint of fixture/ supply warehouse activities and operations to seek opportunities for efficiencies
  • Purchase order support
  • Invoice tracking
  • Fulfillment and tracking of OSM inventory requests
  • Assistance in implementation and maintaining asset management
  • Coordinate and track salvaged fixture inventory
  • Manage asset disposal/transfer process
  • Assist with logistics coordination – OSM deliveries and schedule, truck schedules, etc.
  • Assist fixture/ supply warehouse team by preparing outlined processes for warehouse operations
  • Partner with internal and external Procurement teams to fulfill new store needs
  • Coordinate IT resources in inventory management software
  • Assist with construction bid coordination
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Retail construction procurement experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Experience using Lucernex or similar project management tools
